I am just returning from a vacation this weekend, and I will be listing a BNIB 375 H&H for sale here early next week. I have not fired it, but it seems to be a solidly built rifle. As was mentioned here in an earlier post, the wood could have a better finish.

This rifle is sold. The sale was completed this morning with @RLP. Since we are in adjoining states we were able to conduct the transaction in person at Anglers in Annapolis. Great and simple transaction.

Of the Boddington rifles, the 300 H&H seems to be the most frequently available on GB. There are currently two Cabelas' 50th Anniversary rifles on there now. I looked for years for the Boddington Leopard (7x57) and finally found one in May of this year.

I looked earlier today, Simpson's had several Husqvarna 9.3x62. Not sure if they are what you are seeking.

Regarding barrel length, I do not think Ruger made a bolt action .30-06 with a 24" barrel. I am hoping for one in the Hawkeye African. They did make a 24" Lipsey No. 1 recently.

That price seems cheap depending on condition, Simpson Ltd has many of these on their website (many of theirs have a hairline crack at the tang).

I agree with the 24" barrel, the rifles are very balanced. I also have the 1A 24" 250 Savage, that is my Virginia deer rifle.

I have not heard anything about the 2025 models, but I did notice a 9.3x62 RSI listed on Ruger’s website (along with the 275 Rigby, 257 Weatherby, 6.5 Creedmore, and a .308 model).

I have the same opinion on the Lipsey 275 Rigby rifles, if I am going to spend $3000+ I can get a much nicer rifle for the same money or a little more. I found and bought a Cz 550 7x57 for under $1000 with a scope, but they do not have the sights or barrel band.
