Well I hate to yank everyone around on this but I’ve decided I will sell this rifle but I would like to sell it with the Zeiss conquest V4 3-12 scope for 4300.00. The length of pull is 13.75 inches and it fits and points like a nice shotgun.
My Mauser has a stainless steel rod through the wrist as reinforcement. The added weight helps with the balance of the 25 inch barrel. I wouldn’t worry too much about removing wood while drilling. Glass with be stronger than that walnut anyway.
I’m right across the Potomac from you on the western shore of MD. My wife and I like to picnic at Stratford hall and look across the River towards our home.
I appreciate it, I’ve never sold one of my customs before and the building process is such a personal thing that it would be hard to replace. If memory serves, replacement cost of this rifle would be 6,400.
I hope I don’t get too much hate for this, but sitting here in my office with this rifle, I realized I can’t let it go. I am just going to hang onto it so I don’t regret this.

I am selling one of my left hand Mauser model 3000 rifles. This rifle is only listed here.

I’m in the same boat as you rifletuner. Us southpaws have to really look around for true left hand actions. I was just bidding on a left hand model 70 Winchester in 375 H&H, at nearly 2800.00 I was out. But that’s the market these days. Any Zastava mausers are tough to find, CZ only made the 550...
