    Rolex- the stupidest, lamest company

This is Abraham Lincoln`s ax. The axe head has been replaced once and the handle twice, but it is Abraham Lincoln`s ax. I have my grandfathers Omega Seamaster, a present from my grandmother for his 40th birthday (in 1954). I have no clue to as how she managed to save up to buy this. And I...

Yes, and often it is "made" by hunters.. How one behave and talk and present has a huge effect on the people seeing you. Think before one posts or talks is always vise. I am not saying we should go "woke", but just do a quick check before talking and posting. And if you are to recruit only one...

    .416 Rigby & .458 Lott - Equal Recoil?

yes, uncomfortable. I did discuss with my gunsmith to do something with the stock; but after some thinking-what use do I have for a singelshot 416Rigby? Sold it and built a 404jeff instead :-)

    .416 Rigby & .458 Lott - Equal Recoil?

It is all down to stock design and fit. My 458Lott was a firm but not violent push; CZ602 The 416Rigby was tooth-loosening horrible...; Ruger no1 Difference; the CZ had a stock modified to suit in both length, height and with a slight cast-off. The stock of the Ruger was made by a...

    Finally got my Landi!

I have to say that my D2 with the TD5-engine has proven to be a reliable car. It had som issues when I got, all found to be caused by previous owners use of cheap parts. As for wifeys LC 150, it is reliable, but it lacks sharm and soul, one could just as well drive a Volvo. Now, the...

Powder thrower capacity with big cartridges

The Lyman ( 1200DPS? ) Was good when it behaved but at random it would dispense to much powder, give out its beep and pretend everything was OK. Dangerous. I gave up on it and in a dumpster it went. The RCBS one did not keep zero and would turn it self off at random.

Help Reloading the .375 Rimless Nitro Express

All makers are offering custom dies. I have bought for wildcats from Hornady and Lee, both delivered in surprisingly short time and cost is really reasonable. I have also had a friend make me a set of dies for a wildcat, to know really talented machinists is always a good thing :-)

Help Reloading the .375 Rimless Nitro Express

Someone (Hornady?) makes universal seating dies. Shouldn't be to much of a challenge to make one either, a friend with a lathe and a six-pack might do the trick. It is also possible to make dies of epoxy (using a fire-formed case as master), will not last very long, but long enough to get you going.
