Swarovski Z3 3-10x42mm SR (Rail Mount Scope) with German 4a Reticle.

Some of you gentlemen may not be familiar with the European Rail Mount Scopes. But there are some advantages over the traditional USA ring mounts:
  • Better stability of the riflescope
  • Better robustness and reliability
  • No stress on the scope tube
  • No distortion of optics due to mounting stress
  • Perfect horizontal leveling
  • No mounting marks on the scope
  • Easier adopting of the correct eye relief

I'm including the Swarovski/Recknagel tip off mounts that will fit either a picatinny or weaver bases. Not 100% positive, but I think it may also fit Warne bases. I also had a Butler creek flip-up cover laying around that fit the ocular.

$675 shipped.

Very nice setup, excellent glass, ready to hunt!

The Swaro has a new home and I trust it'll be put to good use and serve the hunter well in his endeavors.

Much obliged gentlemen.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob
