Back in the early to mid 1980's I bought one of the then newly released Dillon RL550 reloading machines. Recently the old powder measure finally broke. I sent an email to Dillon and they responded with a few questions to clarify what part had broken. Long story short but they said that even though its had around 40 years of use, it was still covered under warranty. They very promptly shipped a brand new complete powder measure to me (as an international customer I had to pay shipping, but that's more than fair).
I'm extremely happy with the service from Dillon. A 40 year old machine that's done hundreds of thousands reloads, and they replaced the powder measure without the slightest hesitation. I've experienced many companies that advertise a lifetime warrantee, but when you claim they argue that the item is beyond its reasonable lifetime. Not so Dillon, they back their products and their customers. Just fantastic service.
