My opinion is worth nothing because it's your rifle but I would have the original bolt modified to work with the scope while leaving the serial number intact showing that it is original to the rifle.

I just bought another ZKK-600 on GB for under $500 with plans to rebarrel to 7x57 and restock. I was bidding on the one that ThreeJacks mentioned above (it was an original 7x57) but gave up once it went over $1700.
I've seen them for both the 600 and 601, always with a Zeiss scope. I would think they were also made for the 602 but have no way to prove it. They're not common but not rare either.
