Which 7mm cartridge is the "best" poll?

I have several 7x57 and 7mm Rem Mag rifles that I really enjoy shooting. But AH is a bad influence, based on posts here I acquired a 7x64 that I really like and have since added two more.

    I’m sick of un-gentlemenly acts

I live in Virginia but work in the DC Swamp. I purposely hold the door open, say hello, etc. like a good Southern gentleman just to piss them off.

    Considering a Ruger No. 1

I have several No. 1s, that is not a bad price in today's market. My favorites are the newer Lipsey "exclusives" I own in 1A barrels in .250 Savage, 275 Rigby, and 1S barrel in .30-06. They are very balanced for me with their 24" barrels and open sights with barrel bands. Mine seem to shoot...

Lipsey teams with Ruger on these, and only Lipsey distributors gets access to these guns. Not sure how many of these Alaskan rifles are being created, but the earlier African series were supposed to be limited to 250 rifles. If you look at the Lipsey website they have all of the current...

What scope for a Ruger No. 1?

I have Leupold VX-III 2.5x8 on several of my No. 1s and a Zeiss Conquest 2.5x8 on my Boddington No. 1 Kudu (300 H&H). These work very well for me.

Thoughts on "entry level" .375 H&H

The Interarms Whitworth rifles are very nice, but their prices are starting to rise some.

What new Ruger would you like to see in a limited special run?

I think starting with the 35 Whelen they have stopped limiting the runs to 250 rifles. The 270 was probably selected because of the 100 year anniversary and it is probably being produced in unlimited numbers too. I am hoping for a .30-06 or 7x64 soon.
