15 months ago I had "0" 9.3x62...now I have 3 with another on the way. The caliber was on my "get list" for 20 years...then I discovered this forum and I've gone down the rabbit hole...and pretty deep too !! What action is your rifle on...I can not read it.

@M48scout, yes 24" @Whelen....not fired her yet, will start with some factory to break her in a bit.

Just got my 35 Whelan from my smith. Built on FN commercial large ring action with a #4 contour Shilen barrel, placed in a B&C stock. Probably drop a Leopold 3.5-10 on her and let her ring !! Watch out Bob, I'm coming for ya !!....lol.

Congrads on the purchase of that gorgeous action...It is a beauty and when I saw it I knew it was worthy of more than I could add with the custom stock it deserves. Wish I could add something significant. Following this build.

My Sako L61r, modified with a fiber optic front sight and white centerline “running boar” rear by NECG. Also with a period correct Weaver 1.5-4.5 in original Sako rings. She handles nicely!
