As a taxidermist that has dealt with this just a few times do replica horns casts from original and I would recommend a finished fiberglass mount, tremendously lighter, save a fortune in shipping tanning etc, and they look fantastic

I have no experience at all leopard hunting but if shooting from blind I would skip the sling and reduce any unnecessary noise or movement

From personal experience I would advise for dip and pack and request your trophies be en route before January, even if it cost more. whole region shuts down in January and I gets hot as hell as your trophies sit in a crate in a warehouse, and do your hunt with a solid outfitter

I did have a taxidermy option but I am the taxidermist for our group. I asked for pics of mounts that were available but I never received any info from the local taxidermist

Ive been a few times. Always dip and pack and i am very pleased with the results. Only issues i ever had was stateside. The skulls were nice enough to hang on walls but usually have them cut in half to save on shipping. I have not seen any of the taxidermy work done by Argentina taxidermists.
