No, it was 5-4. To edit. I have now read it was both, which isnt possible of course. The confusion may lie with Kavanaugh both dissenting and agreeing with it. But most, not all, sources say it was 6-3 so will go with that.

Thanks but I dont see anything there to fit the TCR. I bought a .30-06 barrel that had a Burris mount and rings so all set.

Hi guys, as above looking for a scope mount for a T/C TCR 83 rifle, same as the 87. This mount has an odd configuration, of 4 screws set in a rectangle, not in line like most. Made by Weaver, T/C and Redfield. If anyone has some to sell or knows where same could be found, please PM me. TIA
