Classic cape bull with mature boss, taken down with one shot of 300 grain expanding premium bullet Norma Oryx, at Tarangire hunting block, at 0600 hour.

Took him with only one shot breaking shoulder bone, shattering rib, rupturing lungs and landing in rumen. Bullet was Norma Oryx 300 g which properly mushroomed with only one petal stuck at rib side.

Zebras are very tough like Wildebeests and can withstand and run after being shot properly. This one took 2 bullets of 300g 375 H&H mag. caliber in boiler room but still ran for 150 yards before falling down.
