Hello John, thanks for the tip, I look them up and found a mould that i like, bullet design 47-520 GG i need to call them up and see if is ok, since the mould is 474" and my barrel is 475", I guess I could leave with the 520 grain, but if they could make it grain that would be excellent !

I never try a trap door load, have 405 grain lead tips but to date I only use 350 gr. GC at full throttle and since I like it and perform well for me i never bother to try anything else.

Hello Aaron, as soon i i find a mold for my newly made 404 Jeffery (similar ballistic to 450/400 ) I will cast bullets and work developing a good load for it ....will keep you posted .

I only use LEE Liquid Alox, work fine for me, i place the bullets in a plastic container with a tea spoon of Alox, cover and roll it 1 minute empty on wax paper single layer leave overnight and resize them wile add the gas check, after i repeat the process and the day after are ready to reload...

Beautiful rifle, nice wood also.! I am in the process of having one made, barrel will be ready in about one month, P 14 action on hand, as soon barrel ready will go to the gunsmith ....however look like it will not get ready before couple of years, the problem is the chamber reamer... all makers...
