Have no clue on making claims and if they actually payout. But i did buy coverage online from them without talking to anyone and received an email a few days later from Cole stating he added 4k in coverage to save me $130 a year. So that was a good honest start. He could have said/done...

At some point we all become a danger with our abilities and need to make tough decisions. We will all need to make that decision someday….. make them wisely!

So laser engraving and better wood is 6-10k more? I clearly understand its more just don’t see how that much more. I mean plywood to grade 6+ definitely has some cost. Or will this gun be cheapened up in important durability ways? Seems like it was a demand price adjustment not necessarily...
