Does each barrel on an R8 count as a separate weapon?

For you PHs out there. With all of your experience and knowledge, if you are the hunter does your choice of gun change. Instead of your stopper do you go for a lighter scoped rifle?

No, I'm not sure. I read it somewhere on here. PG rifle, DG rifle, 375 backup to first two, shotgun.

I imagine the limit on the number of guns you can take to Africa is frustrating to most of us.. To make matters worse is S. Africa is the worst allowing only 2 guns. Is SCI or someone lobbying to get this changed?

I have a Win M70 barely used in 264. Am getting 3550 with a 100gr. Barnes TTSX with no pressure signs. RL 22. Would this be good for plains game?

Use the 7 mag. Pretty much just have to screw the 7 barrel off and put a .264 on.

That's a great attitude, Rare Breed. Sometimes things just don't work out for some reason but there is nothing we can do except pick up and continue. Wish I had the funds!
