If you seriously think you might only hunt SA once. Best target a good Nyala and / or Vaal Rhebok. Most of the other species can be picked up in other countries, and quite often equal or better quality trophies.

You actually just said you would like to get a .458 - I assumed that you would be wanting to hunt with it, and automatically was thinking Dangerous game... If that's the case - run this by your PH / outfitter. Bet he'll answer your question ...

You have a 30-06 in the list, why wouldn't you just upgrade that rifle to premium 165 gr. bullets or even better 180's, and that would be ideal for 90% of the situations you will encounter
