I am exploring options for a bongo hunt for spring of 2024. I am open to other ideas as well but am focused on conservation and adventure!

Please read my post about Kewin MAY not be able to ship trophies since he took over in 2023 for his now deceased father. I hope someone corrects me.

Kewin has not (as far as I'm aware) been able to ship hunter's trophies since he took over in 2023 for his now deceased father Alan Lefol. He MAY not be operating legally. If someone knows otherwise, please let me know. SCI is opening an investigation on the matter I know as they know of...

Thank you for comments, Scott. But, per prior posts, he has not met his own shipment deadline by several months. btw: I hunted there in May of 2024. And, when I tried to get status updates, it was very difficult to get responses. When did, I received varying responses with some of which...

Bongo With A Bow In Central African Republic With LEFOL SAFARIS

Kewin had said October, 2024; not me. Sparse/Reluctant comms with varying excuses (some involving governmental authorities) and other hunter(s) not getting their trophies were and are concerning and lead me to my conclusion of never going to get my trophies. I think Safari Club International is...

Bongo With A Bow In Central African Republic With LEFOL SAFARIS

Not sure if you're saying you hunted with Lefol in CAR. If so, his now-deceased father (2023 of cancer) ran operations in 2016.

Are you going to be able to actually get your trophy? I (and at least one other person) cannot get our trophies from my hunt in May, 2024.

Comment by 'Mike Nicholas' in media 'Taxidermy Giant Forest Hog'

Need a FB Gian Forest hog. The owner who took over for his dad in Central African Republic and where I shot one is not going to be able to secure the export permit for mine. Can't figure out how to attach image of mine here, but one's available.

.416 Remington With 1x6 Swarovski Scope For Sale

Thanks 375 Rugar fan for trying to help on this. I followed the link you provided, but that rifle there is really no comparison to my Safari ABG other that they're both 416s. This probably isn't a great comparison, but it may be like comparing a Chevy (Cobalt) to a Chevy (Cadillac). I didn't...
