I used a tsx for my leopard. Had the same concerns you had. My leopard went 40 yds and was down. No hide damage. Don't overthink it, just aim true

it's a 16" barrel. I have a lab radar and will be chronographing. I won't use that over 100 yds. Last time I went I shot my bear at 32 yds walking straight at me. He didn't know I was there. 375 H&H was nice in that scenario.

I talked to Barnes the 270 grain LRX opens up at 1600 fps. The tsx in 250, 270 require 1800 and 300 requires 1600 as well

anyone loaded for this? Thinking of using Barnes 270 lrx. Going to try for a Kodiak brown bear. Load data would be great if anyone has it.

This is still for sale. I have load data, brass, bullets etc. Shoots great.

it has ejectors. I think it was built in 2015 or 2016, but not entirely sure. the 450/400 is very pleasant to shoot. Its a hard one for me to sell.
