Kimber rifles and shotguns do you trust them and service problems

I had a 1911 (CDP 45 ACP, aluminum frame) that developed a feeding problem after about 3000 rounds. Had a great chat with the lady about it and she sent an RMA. Long story short they refused to send my gun back to me saying it was out of spec. The barrel was "out of spec from jamming rounds". I...

Is this M70 a push feed or CRF, I can't see from the photos

Two different calibers listed as well. 270 and 25 06. Not the best immages, looks push feed, but I could be wrong. Price is low too, may be an indicator of a push feed?

    Cracked stock

Thanks for the reply. I found the crack and pulled the barreled action out of the stock. The bedding job looks like a child did it. I was wondering if workmanship had something to do with it. Glad to have Wayne's back up on this one. Side note I was at his shop and had a look at one of your...

    Cracked stock

Can you gentleman tell me if a proper bedding job would have prevented this stock from cracking at the tang? CZ 458 Lott, I'd estimate the round count to be no more than 12 since purchase. Thanks
