once you are shooting any 45 cal and 50 cal bullets weights 500-600 grs the question should be answered as shot placement the energy factor of 5000-6000 ft/lbs also plays into the equation but its all about where the projectile travels cns/vitals vs non vitals hits

looks like they mounted the scope incorrectly

Any one has any suggestions for gunsmith reboring blaser barrels to other calibers ie.. 375H/H to 375 weatherby and 338win mag to 340 wby. please nay ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Joe Benitez

I recommend chapuis double i have a 375 H&H and 470 nitro. also just acquired a new 450 nitro newer production sabatti excellent shooter using hornady ammo grouping tight at 50 yrds looking foward to use in my next buffalo hunt next year .

I would suggest either the 30/06 with 180grs bullets or the 338 win mag wiht 225grs bullets
