They don't always update reliably. I left Phalaborwa SA and it showed my guns still at the airport as we flew away. It was a long flight to Joberg but when we landed, the guns showed to be on the plane.

I recently carried 2 scopes in my carry on for my R8. Got to camp, put them on their respective barrels and both held their zero perfectly.

I'm a case junkie. I have a Tuff pak, Pelican and on my most recent trip I used a Nanuk 995. I took a double rifle, 375 H&H Blaser and a 300 Win Mag Barrel. Total weight was 49 pounds, I carried 2 scopes in my carry on. I was impressed with the Nanuks durability and their latch system.

I just realized yesterday morning that my Benelli Super Black Eagle turkey gun with 3.5” Apex Ammo #9 TSS is the absolute worst, most violent recoiling gun in my safe. I would take my 500 NE over this combo any day.

I’ve killed 2 crocs and both were neck shots. Pretty uneventful, shot them right behind the smile and then one through the lungs for insurance. I used a 375 H&H.

I don't think VC was at SCI this year. At least I didn't see them. I did not attend Dallas.

My local gun store has had 2 shipments of powder last year with RL 15 in the inventory. I was lucky to grab a pound each time.
