I keep my eyes peeled for LH 7x57 and they are pretty rare. Only seen a couple in 3 years of looking.

    Building a Left Hand 7x57

Hello! I've always wanted a classic (wood, blued, CRF) 7x57, but as a lefty it they can be quite hard to find. With that in mind, I've just decided to have one built by a gunsmith I'm friends with. I'd like it to be a CRF with either a 3 position or mauser 98 style safety. My questions are...

    375 hh soft/solid zero

I know this isn't what you were asking, but I second M70375!'s comment. I used the 350 gr SS and CPS from NF for my buff hunt this past year. Just using the companies instructions, I was able to get the same POI with ~2300 FPS for both bullets.

They both performed fantastic. first shot quartering to at 40 yards broke front shoulder and ended in skin on opposite side going through both lungs. As...

Settling up after the hunt with your outfitter

Hey Folks, I just finished paying for my daily rates for a buff hunt in Zimbabwe. How do you all handle paying the remainder (trophy fees and other costs) at the conclusion of your hunt? For me that’s going to be 8-9k counting my tip money. Do you just carry that much cash? Pay the trophy fee...
