    I've owned a mod S since 1984 in 375 and shot red deer and roe deer and took it to africa 2006 and shot lots plains game and the following year a buffalo apart from the mags a super rifle

    AS i'm in my 70's and like using my 416rigby i have sent it away to be shortened 2 inches and an over barrel mod fitted to protect my hearing and make it more pleasant to shoot

    i carry a Puma white hunter which is useless as a skinning ,gralloching but looks good in photos . was usefull in cutting an eles tail

    I carry electronic muffs and only put them on just before the shot .have very little hearing left and not going to make it worse

    I always use emirates now from UK as they are firearm friendly and no charge .off 3 weeks today
