I agree with Tanks, there is plenty of 500 NE ammo in the camps I hunt in. Also, reloading this straight wall cartridge is easy. As an aside, my niece who s 5’7” 128#s shoots the 500 and describes it as a “big push” I have video on my phone but not the skill to up load it here.

I use a 30 yo1187 and an 870 and the same camo from the 1980’s. I try to stay as still in the blind as possible. I know folks that have more camo patterns than the USMC. Happy Birthday to my fellow Marines. Semper Fi J
