I really like experimenting with the old fashioned. One I do is I take ice and put it in a cake pan and put it on my smoker for a hr and a half at 150. Then take the water and freeze it again and it gives me a smokey drink. I tend to lean to the rye side and around 90-100 proof.

I’ve been to Spain twice with Corju hunting. First trip was becetie ibex second was 2 trophy roe deer. Took my wife and saw the sights for a week as the hunt is only 3 days. Definitely one of my most favorite trips we have done.

I've hunted oryx 3 times with Mark and Ironsight outfitters been successful every time. You will not find a better outfit to do this with. Most of his hunts are word of mouth or repeat clients. If you call the 575-499-4454 number you will get him. Last time I spoke with him (about a month ago)...

I have a handful of browning rifles they work great. I personally prefer the a bolt over the x bolt. I use nightforce optics and rings, put my scope in my backpack on the plane then when I get to camp use the torque wrench to proper spec and it’s on.

I hunted last Nov with Corju, was one of the best hunts I’ve been on. Was blessed with a trophy becetie and everything was top notch. Spent some time sight seeing with them and couldn’t have been more pleased.
