@buckstix - You are most likely looking at a bespoke option or waiting to find a rare English used one in 28 or .410".
Murray Custom Leather has some very fine options for personal travel, meaning your firearm isn't being tossed by baggage handlers.

I shoot cup & core 300 grain PPU softs for target practice and Barnes 300 grain TSX for hunting. They are being shot from a Blaser R8 barrel, and these are know for good accuracy.
For a deep clean after 100 rounds or so, I run patches wrapped over a bronze (.325" or .358" so it's not too tight)...
@curt672 - Absolutely. I'll send you a packet for your membership dues and a few other things. Don't forget to take the "big bore addict" picture to your tattoo artist for a full backpiece. We can exchange schedules so I can stop by an administer the forearm branding with the end of a barrel...
A friend of mine just booked a hunt and I can't seem to find anything on the outfitter. He said his guide is Caleb Baumann and the website is in the attached picture. I can't find anything on these guys other than a website that doesn't work. Anyone heard of these guys or have any reviews? I...
As others have emphatically stated, the 7x57 is your huckleberry.
My recommendation for the ammo you have chosen is the Barnes 140 grain TTSX. They are extremely tough bullets and won't come apart at the higher velocities.
Best of luck to you on your upcoming safari. Cheers.

@Schüler Jumbo - I appreciate the concern. The surgeon I'm going to does work for both the Washington Capitals and Commanders. He's affiliated with the Anderson Clinic that is one of the top orthopedic practices in the nation. I'm in good hands and have already been in touch with a...
@SLG - I was talking more about heavier bullets in the 500 and 550 grain weights and being able to send them at 2200 to 2300 fps.
The larger Lott case allows a heavier bullet to be sent and still maintain a speed of 2200 or better. Plus it's not a Weatherby case and avoids the weird looking...
@SLG - I know who you are in the shooting world and respect your opinion. But for you to think I don't understand how terminal ballistics work would a gross miscalculation on your part.
What I am saying, is the Lott case gives more options for those that have chosen it. Sometimes it means...
And I know where you got it! ;)
I had a 375H&H Selous barrel and sold it because it's too heavy for the cartridge being shot. My 375 weighs 7.75 lbs as a bare rifle and is very comfortable to shoot.
If you want the 416RM, get the steel receiver (PH stock) and you should be good. If you want...
