It's a Harley Panhead engine that was made from 1948-1965. The rear suspension looks to be rigid with telescoping front, making it a Hydra-Glide that was made from '49 to '57.

That would be awesome if it clamps directly to the rib without needed an adapter plate. Another AimPoint option is the T2/H2, but again it would be important to know how it’s going to mount. I’m not a fan of adapter plates.

Does this have the set trigger option? Is the safety forward to fire or rear to fire? LOP? Weight with/without scope? What brand are the scope rings and are they QD? Barrel length? Picture of the bolt face would be great. Pictures of any dings or dents as well.

That is a good combo. Are you able to achieve that velocity and still stay under the maximum pressure of 46,000 psi or are you just looking for signs of overpressure? Most people using a 405WIN are doing so with a lever action rifle rather than your (much stronger) P14. And let’s not forget...
