I've never seen this - always the bolt rides over the casehead. Is the follower full length? When cycling can you see the nose dive? What do you mean by it has two mag springs in the rifle?

for off the shelf you’ll pretty much start (and finish) at Talley. For over 375 consider going to 8-40 screws or even custom bases for perfect alignment. And when mounting the Rings make sure you push them hard into the front shoulder before clamping them.

Read enough from or talk to enough old timers and you will see a trend that the cartridges that hit above their weight almost invariably has a SD of .3 and up.
