For me, accuracy was:
1. Speer Gold Dot .23
2. 130 SCIROCCO .40
3. 143 AB .5
4. HAMMER .55
Field results:
1. SCIROCCO, hands down
Bigger animals, use a bigger caliber and A-frames, if they shoot well.
Sounds like a great build.
Maybe Bastogne walnut, as it is heavier and stronger.
Tungsten weights to your preferred weight. Mine is 11.5 lbs. Avoids any issues with mercury.

While we all (myself included) love a rifle that shoots MOA groups, a more important factor is 1st shot accuracy from a cold, fouled, bore. No game animal is going to hang around to worry about 2nd shot placement.
I doubt any brand of gun cleaning solvent would damage the metal finish on a Blaser barrel. Ballistol should be readily available in Germany, and is my first choice as a lubricant, unless grease is recommended. If it will not remove the 'gunk', any name brand gun cleaning solvent should.
