Spean Bridge Scotland - Stalking hinds using riverbed for cover

The hinds were sitting on a face up the valley but there was so much open ground between us and them. We used the water movement of the river to stalk in and also had to complete several hundreds of metres crawling face down through marshy ground, moss and heather. After 3 and a half hours we eventually got in to take the shot and I took her chest on at 120m. Hard work but well worth it in the end!
