What does the different provinces in South Africa offer

Now where are the guys from the other provinces, it can not only be us and the EC!

I have always said this and I will say it again.
THERE IS ONLY TWO GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE CAPE.
1. THE WINE
AND
2. THE ROAD BACK TO LIMPOPO

Guys think it comes down to the hunter and his choice of trophies, first time hunter cannot go wrong in either province. When you do start specializing in your trophy selection then it would be wise to do your homework. As Bossie metioned if you are after a 50+++" Kudu the Eastern Cape is not the place to hunt. If however you are looking for good Bushbuck you can pick either province. There are certain areas that produce exceptional quality animals and others that produce representative quality trophies of a given species. Sure the breeding and trading in game has narrowed the gap in certain species. If I were for example to go hunt a Vaalie again, there are only 2 places in SA I would go, Drakensberg and Western Cape, they deliver great Vaalies on avarage. When you start doing homework and research you start getting to know who and were to hunt with, it does not mean that the same area can deliver every time, but it is a good indication.

Tokkie it's the 20th Century, Limpopo is Like TEXAS Bigger and Better.
We use Torpedoes up here

Bossie, no doubt Limpopo has great Bushbuck, I have seen some monsters there, but the EC has pockets of Bushbuck that if the hunter is willing and able will match a avarage Limpopo Bushbuck any day. You may however get more 17"+ in Limpopo, that is a given:)

Bossie by the size of the whales you guys have I would use nukes:Blackalien:

I wonder if the Boys and Girls in NW can say something about Bushbuck?????
PP Safaris???

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)

Forgive me if this is the incorrect area, I signed up to this forum just now because I wanted to be on the list to purchase a copy of your autobiography. Please feel free to pass my information along to whomever is selling. Thank you so much. I look forward to it!
I like the Tillie in my picture. They are supposed to fit loose (2 fingers inside hat band), have mesh for cooling, and hold their shape after washing.
