Totally agree. Why take chances having all your taxidermy in Africa. Dip and pack and bring that home and find a great taxidermy here at home. Make sure you use a taxidermy with lots of African experience.

I also have purchased guns on this forum when the seller’s description and pics failed to identify defects. Although these pale in comparison to a twenty thousand dollar rifle. Let the buyer beware , and thank you to the forum for insuring a lot better marketplace than Gunbroker etc.

Turkey early May in bull mountains in Montana, east cape SA with John x in sept, then elk and deer at home in central Montana. Maybe I will get a tag for antelope here at home !

I like suppressed shooting too and was born in 1956. Hank Buck have you tried a suppressed gun ? Put a 5 inch Thunderbeast can on a 22inch barrel and you have a sweet shooting rig . Accuracy, recoil , sound reduction are all improved.

I would appreciate input on 7mm PRC RIFLE. I am especially interested in hearing from people who actually own and use this caliber. I am considering purchasing a Christensen arms ridgeline . This would be a big brother to the 6.5 PRC that I already own and is one of my most accurate rifles.

You can see that automation has hollowed out Delta’s customer experience. If all goes well , then the system works . If something goes wrong the people aren’t there to help. As far as an apology goes ; you need to forget about that.

Drove 90 miles today and picked up my son’s guns from Helena airport. The Delta rep was typically polite. It only took 17 days and 53 phone calls. Can’t wait to go next year.

Coming out of Montana we are a direct flight to Atlanta and then on to Johannesburg. Total trip time is approximately 24 hours. Qatar, emirates at first glance appears to be about 40 plus hours of flying with multiple connections. Am I right?
