Anyone hunted with Boss Safaris ?

Usually animals that have no contact with humans are not too afraid of humans when they see one but heavily hunted animals whether free range or high fenced are extremely wary.

Exactly what I said ! Punching a ear tag in a animal to keep track of age, genetics or ownership in itself doesn't domesticate or tame a animal anymore than darting or collaring big game, there would have to be other influence.

Having a ear tag or collar doesn't make a animal any more tame. Its how they are fed, raised, and handled.

For my buffalo arrow build I used 350 spine and and 450 grains up front including broadhead. 975 total arrow weight. Using a fall away rest I was able to shorten them up enough to get good bullet holes through paper. Penetrated 23 inches, bull went down in 40 yards. 30 yard shot.

I don't know about the legality but I have taken night vision monoculars to SA 3 diffetent times and had no problem. Took them in my carry on.

My tickets were booked through Safari Express and right on the ticket it stated one checked bag, they wanted to charge me another $100 for our second bag at the check in but I explained that one was mine and the other was my wifes. We took a bow case that I used as my checked bag and my wife...

Qatar was a PIA on my flight in April and I only had a bow, also was restricted to one checked bag, the second security screening in Doha was something I've never had to do anywhere else.

It doesnt seem like the risk to reward ratio is there to me.
