I like Howa's, but I think if I were buying a new, factory stick, I'd probably opt for the Weatherby 307. Rem 700 footprint, side bolt release, M16 type extractor and rem barrel tenon. But then again, a Tikka is always a good choice.

A friend of mine had one with some issues. Finally got it straightened out. Chamber was not concentric with the bore by a good bit. They finally rebarrelled it under warranty and now it's a shooter. 7mm Rem Mag. Might be worth a call to customer service about the stiff bolt.
