    Ruger M77 African 35 Wheelen or Winchester M70 375H&H?

    How about the Ruger Alaskan/Bush in .35 Whelen? Short, handy thumper unless you really want to stick with blued/wood. I vote .35. Sling some 225 TSXs and you’ve got a hammer that nicely fills the gap between the .30-06 and .375 H&H.
