Cant help you there. Have you tried Safari Outdoors? The one in Rivonia is alright but I have found the Pretoria store to be better. Not sure if they even touch exports but worth a try.

Black Range was already mentioned, he would be my pick. You have to surrender the rifle upon arrival and go through the import process, but at least its already in the country and your not relying on a gunshop overseas to ship it.

I have one of the rem 7615 rifles in .223. Its very accurate but a real pain, very finicky with mags, doesn't always pick up a round. Handy light rifle for a lot of things though.

Few things to consider with the pre-64 actions. I believe there a 3 different mag sizes, with 300H&H being the longest. I have a custom 458WM built on a pre 64 action but would go with a post for future stuff. Also easier to convert a post 64 to 458Lott that a pre so im told, so not sure how...
