What new Ruger would you like to see in a limited special run?

I like the first idea 450 Nitro Express, the original standard. Cheap bullets for practice.

Avoiding CTE, brain damage, retina injury etc with big bore rifles ?

The USA Army won't let its soldiers shoot weapons with more than 60 ft-lb of recoil. Use that information however you want. Also, I honestly advise against using a muzzle break; it might just make your headaches worse due to the increased blast wave hitting your skull.

    So I bought a 458, with a 20 inch barrel today....

Find a safe handload that uses the fastest-burning powder, which is normally the powder load with the least amount of grain weight. Then you will suffer the least amount of performance drop from your short barreled rifle.

    35 Whelen or 300 Win??

I respect Bob, he's definitely a guy who challenges ingrained stereotypes with hard facts. With that being said, however, the whelen can only do 2700fps by burning more powder than you would think, 64gr for CFE 223 and 66gr for Alliant 2000MR For me, for a couple of more grains, you can send...

Tourist killed by herd of elephants at Sirheni Bushveld Camp in Kruger

I petted a European bison before, and I hear the Europeans are much nicer than the Americans..... It was one of the friendliest animals I've ever met, however, it was behind a fence, and I was feeding it cabbage leaves.

Any Appetite for a New <$10K Double?

Tom, if you offer the double rifle in 375 H&H, can you still fire the cartridge at 62,000 PSI? Cheers!

    New .300 Win Mag

Mhmm, that's an interesting design. It has three lugs, but the extractor is on one of them. It's not nearly as small as a Rem 700 extractor, but it's not as big as an M16-style one. ( I think?) It's cool to see, thanks for sharing!

    New .300 Win Mag

Can you take a photo of the bolthead? I'm curious to see how big the extractor is.

Home workouts for heavy poundage bows

Yeah Bowmar almost shit himself trying to do it. ( I don't think he could even pull back 150 pounds) And he almost caved in the skull of his assistant while stringing the bow, the string slipped under tension, and the tip barely missed crushing his assistant's skull. I really liked Bowmar's...

Home workouts for heavy poundage bows

Its all bullcrap!!! Nothing, and I mean nothing, will increase your draw poundage except for.... pulling back your bow or pulling back bands like a bow. Bowmar can't even pull back a 200-pound bow, not even halfway through! Even though his being a gym junkie for life. Who's taken enough...

.375H&H Barrel length… what say you?

It's cool for sure, but I'm quite certain it's not hearing safe

    35 Whelen or 300 Win??

How are you getting 2900FPS with a 225-grain bullet?

Finally getting a shot at an elephant with a bow!!

Please give us the down low on what type of arrows you're using and the broad head.

    Caliber recommendations

If you like to reload, pick the 300 WSM, it would have the same performance with way less powder, less recoil and better barrel life. New brass from Lapua. There are a lot of things to like about the 300 WSM now.

    New Lipseys M77 .35 Whelen

I also have the same problem, exactly the same I just decided it was easier to shoot the handgun a browning High Power, right handed. Also I had to learn how to do archery right handed aswell no way to get around that using your left hand
