Joshua Creek in Boerne, Tx has sporting clays, instruction and bird shoots as well. Nice place and maybe a place to inquire. I have only shot SC matches out there but nice complex. They have rental shotguns as well and are used to novice shooters from corporate events hosted at the facility.

Thanks. The one picture I missed out on was the first hounds man carrying and old single shot shotgun, that gun had some stories to tell, tape, baling wire and dirt hiding it together. But it still functioned and I bet those shotguns are put to the test everyday.
