Never tried Watusi but have had South Asian Water buffalo plenty. It was the preferred steak when I was in Nepal as it wasn't holy beef cow. Cooked properly with the right seasoning it's....okay. Don't expect store bought steak taste. But if it's cheap and you can use your double go for it...

I was lucky enough to get a tour at the Krieghoff factory in Ulm a few months ago. They said a minimum of 12-18 months wait for a double with one barrel. Word is Heym is 2 years minimum. Again for a rifle with one barrel.
And the sizing, in my experience, is very different. I am normally an XL in jackets etc. But typically a XXL when it comes to European hunting clothing. They all fit a bit different and Fjallraven is another Euro hunting brand.

I just got from Oz on Thursday and stopped in the Sydney RM Williams store before leaving. They are selling trousers as snake-proof. I bought a pair and they indeed seem heavy weight. Not sure I will wear them in snake country and but may be give it a shot!
