My stock guy is stopping working on stocks. He said mine was one of his last. I got the Sako action NIB at a gun show a couple years ago.

My 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 regular cab long bed truck is by far the best vehicle I’ve owned. 245,000 miles on it and it’s still runs great. I caught a lot of BS when I bought it, but all those guys aren’t driving the trucks they bought around the same time.

A friend of mine recently built a .25-284 specifically for Hammer Hunter bullets. He's been working up loads for months and has settled on one that is pushing the 90 gr. Absolute Hammer at 3800 fps. That thing is a laser and hardly any recoil. It's a handy rifle build on a FN 1924-30 action.

Yes. I just got that stock from Ruger. They said they didn't have any laminate stocks available, but that they could make it. I asked for a black (meaning the typical gray/black laminate) and they sent me that one 10 days later. Not what I was expecting, but I really like it.
