hello every one, i'm leaving in one month in Southafrica and i'll be bowhunting over there. Since it's the first time i'll be bowhunting i've got a few questions: i'm wondering if (for hunting) i should used out of the box never used arrows of if i can use arrows i already shot on targets ?

i've got the schmidt&bender zenith 1,1-4x24 and it works perfectly on PG and DG.Schmidt and bender scopes are top quality but expensive.

i had one in 243 win and it worked perfectly.very accurate the only thing is that it's heavy

to shot an hyena is one of my dreams,tried to hunt them on 3 safaris and didn't see one:banghead: i'm definitely not lucky with hyenas:thumbdown: i hunted them with baits and calling in the night

next summer i will be going in SA.i will stay with a PH(a friend) to help him as "aprentice PH" for 2 month. i'm allowed to hunt to hunt something with my bow,so i will take my bow with me. is there something to know if i travel with my bow???(i will be 15 years old) the flight is from zurich...
