I do appreciate the info. We both like freshwater and deep sea fishing. I took her to Hilton Head, South Carolina last year and that was her first time going deep sea or ocean fishing in general. She’s been hooked ever since.

Yes, I shoot left handed but all my rifles are for right handed shooters. I’ve gotten used to running the bolt by using my left hand over the scope, been doing it that way for 20 years. Figured if I was going to buy a rifle for an Africa hunt I’d go ahead and buy a left handed rifle.
Yes, I’m very excited about it. Still undecided on what animals I’d like to take down, but I’m sure in time I’ll whittle that down to a few for my first hunt.
I am actually purchasing a Ruger M77 African left-hand in .375 Ruger. Besides wanting to use it on my hunt in Africa, we have bear hunting in north Georgia and hog hunting in south Georgia. I plan on using it extensively for practice and getting comfortable with the firearm before our trip.
