I'm leaving in a few weeks for a night hunt with @KEMP AFRICAN SAFARIS in South Africa. We'll be going after small and mid-sized cats (civet, serval, caracal, genet + hyena, badger, bushpig, etc...). I've had previous taxidermy done in the US, but I'm thinking to have these done in Africa...

I'm in the same boat. I talked to a PH about it recently, and he said ages 6 and up. I have a 5-year old son, and I'm thinking around age 8 (we've already started practicing).

Maybe sacrilege, but I’m a big fan of the 7s…28 Nosler and 7 PRC for distance.

Rimowa is hard to beat...but also check out Sterling Pacific.
