The HVAC guy is about to get started. 2 x 3 ton units. And since I was concerned about the high ceilings, I was able to catch a 12' Big Ass Fan on sale. It definitely gets hot down here!

I don't think it matters...it will always be too small :) I've seen some cool rooms that were nothing more than a small shed...and some cool rooms that were a giant warehouse. I think ceiling height makes a difference (go taller if you can). My original plans were to use a shipping...

I've been debating the ceiling. The simple option is flat black paint. I'd love tongue and groove, but I'm still looking at pricing. I even looked at thatch (like I've seen in Africa), but it's expensive and is very flammable.
