Hunted whitetail last year with a 30-30 that was my father’s. A model 94 he bought new in 1962 and some Winchester 150 grain soft nose ammo that was at least 45 years old. Took a cull buck without any issues.
I’m planning to be there Thursday afternoon and Friday. Driving down Wednesday and picking up a friend at DFW then off to Javier’s for dinner. Looking forward to it since I didn’t make it last year.
I imagine there is some normal % difference between green measurement and a dried (60-90 days) measurement. I also imagine it may be species specific so getting the data may be problematic but a master scorer might be able to help.

I can’t stand mass produced American beers. I do like some IPAs especially Pliny the Elder or Blind Pig from Russian River Brewery. As long as they are not too hoppy or bitter I usually like them. I drink stouts and pale ales also. Can’t drink sours though.
I was at DSC a few years ago and went to one of the big name double rifle exhibits. I was being totally ignored so I reached down and picked up one of their $150K rifles. I got their full attention.
