    Recommendation for a good performing 9.3X62?

    In Canada, you can get a used VG+ condition HVA 1600, small ring Mauser-98 type action, walnut and blued steel with all-steel bottom metal for around $500. They usually have excellent bores.

    You can get a V-G condition Husqvarna 640 9.3x62 in Canada for under $400 (US). If you're lucky, you can find one with all-steel bottom metal.
