I have never shot a leopard but many big pigs i think a lever action 45/ 70 or 444 Marlin with a red dot at close range would do the job, both are very good killers at 50 meters & closer & you have 5 shots in the magazine.

You can sand or shape with a rasp to any shape you want, finish with 400 grit paper & spray with satin polyurethane its finish looks just like the factory, i have done many of them easy to work & looks good.
