Hunting bears in northern Alberta right now. Our group of 4 have 3 in the salt after a day and a half of hunting. A small 150-160 lb sow and two boars. One went 395 and the other is 265. Sighting bears like crazy. 5 more hunt days to finish out our hunt. Two bear area.

I’m surprised. I killed a musk ox on Nunivak Island in 23 and it was one of the most tender, delicious meats I’ve ever eaten. Hunt can’t much but the table fare was fantastic
