If you'd believe it, I finished the patchbox cover about 3 months before I did the rest of the stock. I did it as a test piece and just repeated my process on the rest of the stock once it was done. Further credence to the benefits of keeping good notes.

As far as granulation goes, I have a bunch of 2f and 1f, but only half a pound of 3f. If it works notably better I'll get some when next I get powder.

I did not realize buffalo arms had any left. I gave it a quick look, unfortunately with the hazard shipping and all it's over $9 a round. But if I can't find it anywhere else, it's a good option to have.
