Question for anyone running this scope on a M70 - what height rings are you using? I have a Talley 2 piece picatinny rail on my rifle and it requires approximately 1” rings on top of that for the bolt to clear the throw lever when it is dialed up to 6x. Definitely higher than I’d like it to...

Thanks for the reply. I just picked one up. I’ll put it on my M70 375 HH initially, there’s a chance that I pick up a Model 70 in 416 rem mag before my trip and then I would move it over to that rifle and put something with slightly more magnification on the 375.

How did the scope work out for you? I’m thinking about picking up the same one.

What scope did you end up switching over to? I’m thinking about picking up this same scope for a 375 H&H M70
