Does anyone have any experience with Oconee River Lodge in GA? Looking at a rut hunt with them.

Have a Ruger .350L with 20" barrel. Settled on the Winchester 165 gr hollow point. Never has taken more than one shot on whitetail. Terrific blood trail for 50 yds. A friend was using the ballistic tip and never got a blood trail on a couple of deer.

I used the 175 LRX in a .300 WSM pushed by H4350 at 2950 for. All game dropped DRT. Ranges in SA were mostly 100 to 125 yds. Longest was 260yds on a Gemsbuck, DRT.
