On my plains game hunt in South Africa, In my 06, I used 180 gr. Swift A-Frames. Performed superbly!

In addition to my 30-06 , I used for plains game. For dangerous game, my go to rifle is the 375 H& H loaded also with 300 gr. SWift A-frames and solids as needed.

30-06 with 180 gr. Swift A-frames. Hunted multiple continents with nearly all 1 shot stops. My go to rifle is a remington 700 loaded with a-frames!!

I used 180gr. A-frames, in 30-06, for a plains game hunt in South Africa. All were 1 shot kills. I used 300 gr. A-frames, in 375 H&H for Buff Hunt. Performance was outstanding. They are now my favorites.

I have Leupold QR rings on my 30-06 and 375 H&H. Both have been to Africa twice. I am well pleased with them and would not hesitate to put them on another rifle. I have used Talley rings also and they are well made, too. No flies on them either.

Plains game hunt used an 06 with 180g Swift A-frames. Excellent performance. Buff hunt used 375 H&H, 300g Swift A-frames. Excellent performance. Velo Dog is right. Also, If you have to take a shot over 300 yards, you owe someone an apology!

I have taken numerous head of game, including 2 buffalo, with Swift A-Frame. All rounds performed magnificently. Only round that I had to come apart on a buffalo was a Hornady, 300 g. , solid. You never know!

Excellent addition to your inventory. I have one with warthog tusk scales. Fine blade that just screams to be used in the field.

Arrived Tembo 8/6, departed 8/15 both on SAA. No issues at all.

What was that old saying????? "Ain't much a man can't fix with $700 and a 30-06." Of course, might throw in a 375 H&H for good measure.

Enroute today for a pheasant hunt in Kansas. My son and I will hunt Buff in the Timbavati area with Pierre Vorster Safaris in August, 2016.

I am a Leupold fan and have Leupold on all of my rifles. However, I just mounted a Minox, 1.2 X 6 on my 375. Thus far, I am well pleased with it. It has RTA, rapid target acquisition, and an illuminated reticle. Clarity is great.

I have used Sierra Bullets extensively for hunting and competition shooting, game kings, pro hunters and hollow point boat tails. I highly recommend them. They are extremely accurate and perform as designed. At the same time, I used 180 grain, Swift A-frames on my last plains game safari...
