Update about yesterdays 458wm reloading question

Yesterday I posted about reloading 458wm and shooting some reloads I aquired. Well I bought a kinetic hammer and got to work. What I noticed about the reloads during the process. All the rounds but six came apart after one or two hits with the hammer. The last six honestly took a dozen or more...

    458wm reloading question

My next question and huge favor. I don't have the steadiest hands due to mild onset Parkinsons. Just mild to moderate tremors. The rifle I purchased came with 150 pieces of brass and dyes. If I supply, powder, primers and bullets. Would someone here reload them for me? Guys around me are into...

    458wm reloading question

Quick question for you guys. Recently aquired some 458wm reloading supplies. Two 20rd boxes of reloads. Each box is labeled 300gr with 72gr of IMR 3031. My question is related to how the ammo looks. 20rds is seated like the one on the left. The other 20 look like the one on the right. Appears...

    Interarms mark x 458 purchase

Yeah I kind of wish it had the wood stock but I'm not going to gripe about it. It's definitely a nice rifle but the model 70 supergrade holds a lot of memories for me

    Interarms mark x 458 purchase

I was telling myself it's to good of a deal to pass up. I'm still going to try and find me a good deal on a post 64 model 70 458wm supergrade. That's the rifle on the top of my list. I may end up keeping this one or maybe trade it later on for a model 70.

    Interarms mark x 458 purchase

I posted a while back about information about buying an Interarms mark x 458wm with a Hogue stock for $900. Well I decided to buy it but it came with more than I expected. The guy went into the back and carried a box out and said "it's got a few extra things with it" 100rds of brass, four boxes...

Opinions on the Interarms mark x 458wm

Did the extra weight help balance the rifle? The one I'm looking at feels a bit front heavy

I've been watching the prices for a while now. Newer ones that are now CRF I believe are worth every penny of $2k or more.

Opinions on the Interarms mark x 458wm

I have been searching for a while now. Issue I'm finding is people with dreamers prices. The one I want is a model 70 458wm supergrade post 64. I'm not willing to pay more then $1200 for one since it's push feed. People have a mindset of thinking they're $2k and up rifles. I've seen several for...

Opinions on the Interarms mark x 458wm

I would like to find another wood stock for it. The Hogue is nice and does have the aluminum style block bedding. The nice wood stocks just look better to me.

Where is the best place to look for a Winchester style safety?
